Pal Lift – Pallex is a range of pallet exchange units designed to allow operators to exchange production pallets for transit pallets prior to despatch.

Production pallets (either metal or plastic) are normally premium pallets not designed to be used for general despatch or haulage.
They are expensive and not normally kept in large numbers – therefore the Pallex allows the load to be removed from the production pallet and placed onto the cheaper more plentiful transit pallets, without any operator effort or double handling. Thus improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Pallex can be modified to suit individual requirements such as –  inserting and removing spacers prior to and following blast chilling – load re-orientation – manual and automated pallet exchange and other requirements on request.
