Pallet Pal 3 is built at Thatcham once again – keeping a guiding hand on the production values and quality as well as making a few improvements to the design and build process.
Pallet Pal 3 will be available in different paint colours – galvanised and special designs will not rely on stock machines being stripped and re-assembled – instead we can purpose build special designs more quickly and cost effectively.

With over 100 of the new Pallet Pal 3 sold in 2011 – the product is now well proven.
Stockmaster ladder systems have been developed to eliminate the risks of handling goods from shelving to floor level and also answer the requirements of the current Working at Height Regulations.
Stockmaster ladder systems have an automatic wheel system that ensures the ladder is always secure before the operator climbs the steps – no additional levers or cams.
The WinchTruk system has an integral platform mounted in front of the full surround at the top of the ladder.
This allows operators to take a load of up to 60 kg from shelf height and lower it to floor level in complete safety.

Pal Ring and Pal Disc
Pal Ring and Pal Disc pallet turntables are now made here at Thatcham.
We can build a range of standard and special turntables for a variety of applications based on either design.
We can also manufacture the Pal Ring and Pal Disc in non standard sizes to order.
Below is an example of a 450 mm diameter special Pal Disc made for a customer in January 2012.
Pal Disc Minnow is a special 450 diameter turntable manufactured for handling castings weighing up to 300 kg.
The turntable is to help the operator assemble the casting and carry out any finishing work – turning the assembly without risk of damage.
This is a finished Pal Disc minnow (painted orange) with its carrying handle and a fire extinguisher on top, placed on a standard Pal Disc to give an idea of the relative sizes.
