Similar to the Navigator – the Winchtruk can be moved into position using the wheeled base frame – once in position the unit can not move by accident.
The operator climbs the steps and the safety gate closes automatically allowing the operator to work at height in complete safety.

However with Winchtruk the operator can move a load from the racking onto the platform and lower it to floor level in safety.
The unit has a winch operated platform mounted in front of the operator and using the handle the operator lowers the load in complete control. The unit can also be used to lift loads up into the the racking.
